Team management and roles

You can now invite team members to your organization and manage their access levels.

Roles

Admin

Full access to everything — projects, settings, billing, and team management.

Editor

Can create, edit, and publish posts across all projects. Cannot modify settings or manage the team.

Viewer

Read-only access to the dashboard. Great for stakeholders who want visibility without edit access.

Inviting members

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Team

  2. Click Invite member

  3. Enter their email and select a role

  4. They'll receive an invitation to join
